“No, joining our Marketplace is entirely free! We only charge a transaction fee, starting at 5% for events, when a booking is confirmed. More details can be found in the T&C at the end of the vetting process.
How long does it take to register as an artist? What are the steps?
- Register as a Vendor: Sign up and create your account.
- Apply Now: Upload your materials in the ‘Apply Now’ section.
We’ll review your submission within 24 hours and notify you of the outcome. Once approved, you can use the dashboard to upload event details anytime!
Is there a cost to use the dashboard?
Currently, it’s completely free to use the dashboard! You can see who has booked your events and upload new events anytime.
What documents do I need to upload?
We require:
- A copy of your certifications to verify your qualifications.
- Client reviews to showcase your expertise.
These materials help us maintain high standards and build client confidence in our community. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
How will I know if my registration is successful?
You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps to set up your profile once you’re approved. If we need any additional information, we’ll contact you directly to guide you through the process.
How will I know if my event is live?
Each time you upload an event on your dashboard, we’re notified and will review it within 24 hours. Once approved, the event will go live on the Marketplace immediately. You’ll also receive email notifications whenever someone registers for your event.
What kind of artists can apply?
Any certified and reputable practitioner offering creative healing services can apply. Whether you’re an independent artist or represent a studio, Enlighten Mind Wellbeing supports a diverse range of creative healing practices, connecting you with clients who value wellness and self-discovery.
Can I create my Artist Profile later?
Yes, you can upload your documents at any time. Once your application is approved, you’ll have the flexibility to update or add materials as needed.
